Free Kids Online Car Games

Does anybody know of a free online game/virtual world site for kids?
My little guy has loved playing on Millsberry, but the site will soon be taken down and I’m looking for a replacement. I’ve considered some of the Disney ones like Club Penguin and World of Cars, but they require payment to access many of the features.

I had tried it and I think it is great!
