How do I get a edit program for my pictures?
I want to make only some certain colors in my pictures stand out and everything else black and white.
Ive seen a lot of kids on myspace do it.
Where can I get a program like this online for free?
Here a few free editing programs with many features. Layers, effects etc.. I would try both
