Wife is pregnant but I am not ready for a child. Advice?
Well we have been married for a year. She is career & family oriented. I am a caucasian male, she is an african american female. Sure we have our professional careers. She is very independent, even owns her own online business.
She was on birth control but the medication was making her sick. So she stopped that medication and began another type of birth control.
She left a pregnancy results test from her OBGYN with a pink / blue balloon in the bedroom.
I just walked in a few minutes ago from work, and there was the results with the balloons.
However I am not ready for a child. I mean we just got married, and I wanted to wait a while. I wanted us to enjoy being kid free for at least 2 years.
What should I tell her? Am I wrong for feeling this way?
