Kids Online At Aol

What is wrong with this kid?
He constantly lies all the time, even when I call him out on it he continues his lie even though I know he is lying. Also he says he only lies about certain things. He also claims he has over 9 grand in his paypal but he owes me 4$ but claims his paypal is broken. All he does all day is sit and diss people on AOL Instant messenger and he is afraid to send any one online his real picture of himself. He also claims to be great at things which he is not, like programming in visual basic, but he cannot program anything. I think he is a compulsive liar and extremely self conscious, how do I help him and get him to stop lying all the time?
