Kids Online Dictionary With Sentence

Books, music, other media in Spanish, German, Swedish, Russian?

I want to learn all these languages, and since I am already taking classes in other languages, it looks like I’m going to be teaching them to myself. I still haven’t decided on which of these 4 I want to focus on. Maybe Spanish and Swedish.
My idea of learning them is to immerse myself in media using only the language I am learning. For example, getting books, and, with a dictionary, translating the sentences and thus learning how the language works on my own.

So anyway: Where can I find, first off, childrens’ books for any of these languages? Mainly swedish and spanish. And then, slightly higher level books? Or any online material too! But to start I definitely want little kids books/material. Next, where can I find some songs? Simple ones and complex ones.

Any other good things to look for? and where to find them?
Thanks!

Hola/Privet/Guten Tag/God Dag!
Hmm…well my advice is it is going to be difficult to learn these languages at the same time, as they are from 3 different language families: Latin, Germanic, and Slavonic.
Might be better to tackle a language family at a time – perhaps German and Swedish (Germanic), or French and Italian and Spanish and Portuguese (Latin) or Russian and Croatian and Serbian and Ukrainian (Slavonic).
Having 4 languages from 3 families and learning vocabulary and grammar from each one could be very confusing. In my opinion, the best start would be to pick up a grammar book and tackle that as hard as you can. Be sure to listen to recordings of pronunciation before you do this if possible. Then, try vocabulary building and practice exercises.
Childrens books for any language? Well…ebay :)
I wish you luck!

In evaluating a children’s dictionary, there are two test words we always check first: “e-mail” and “iguana.” After all, if “e-mail” doesn’t appear in a dictionary, how up-to-date can it be? And iguanas, well, what kid doesn’t want to read all about this “very large tropical American lizard with a ridge of tall scales along its back”? We are happy to report that this fine dictionary is a…
