is there such thing as an online councelor?

well i feel i need to speak to somebody bcoz i have alot of things going on in my life and its just too much. iv been told i should see somebody and get help but i just cant do it. iv even tried doing it over the phone (like kids helpline) but i just feel wierd letting all my feelings out like that so i was wondering if there was a safe way to do it online?

u might have to wait in queue though but they dont take too long (about 15- 20 minutes to wait). and you can talk for about an hour
