Does your kid do worksheets etc. at home (work other than homework)?
If you have a kid(s) in public school, other than homework, and maybe borrowing books from the library, what do you do to supplement what they are learning in school?
Nothing, but make sure the homework and projects are done as best as the kid can?
some worksheets in math? Or, only work on a topic the kid is having trouble understanding?
Do they go to a “tutoring place” or “learning center”?
Or, are you at the other extreme, i.e. kid goes to public school, but you almost homeschool too, ie. do lot of math, science, reading, writing and other mini-projects?
So, question is, what, if any, extra work does your child do at home other than homework?
we do some online math drill practice for my kid, but that is about it.
I print out worksheets or make my own. I only give extra work in math, she needs the extra help. I usually only do this a week before a test so I can see if she fully understands the problems.
